The Extended Arm by Titan Fitness® is compatible with the T-3 or X-3 Series Power Racks and Wall Mount Rigs. The wingspan extension is constructed from heavy-duty 2 x 3-inch 11-gauge steel with 2-inch hole spacing spanning the length of the 42.5-inch working frame. This intricate side bracing design features a welded-on gusset plate with a laser-cut TITAN logo that can mount to the right or left side of your Power Rack or Rig system. Utilize the Extended Arm to hang a punching bag, gymnastic rings, or other such rack accessories freeing up your Pull-Up Bar station for an all-out upper body workout.

NOTE: Titan recommends only using the Extended Arm on power racks or rigs bolted-down to the ground
