With their increased height verse the standard 17.7-inch weight plate, loading and unloading your barbell becomes a breeze without needing a jack or wedge. At this elevated height, the barbell is set up for partial range-of-motion deadlifts perfect for taller athletes or powerlifters suffering from knee and lower back issues.
