The Multi-Grip Barbell is constructed for the highest-level performance offering an enhanced frame with three various grip sets. Built to reduce stress on the wrists and shoulders, this bar makes curls, rows, and presses much more manageable and will expand your workouts. It features knurled textured grips with a single knurl mark to help keep a center hold on the bar. One set is angled 30-degrees and spaced 10-in. apart, and two sets of neutral grips are spaced 20-in. and 29-in. apart.
