The 14-pound Composite Wall is made to be thrown against the wall, which targets multiple joints and muscle groups. The soft-shell ball constructed from a durable, high-quality material featuring tight, thick double stitching keeps the ball closed and the material from escaping. This med ball is not meant for slam ball exercises. It is ideal for standard medicine ball exercise routines and a great partner workout challenge.
