Built for performing plyometrics training exercise, this plyo box is designed from high-quality plywood with interlocking puzzle joints laminated with a black textured non-slip surface. This step-up stackable box, combined with the 4, 6, 8, or 12-inch options, configures into 21 different stackable heights from 4 to 42-inches in 2-inch increments, plus a max height of 46-inches when all five boxes are stacked together. Each box is constructed with built-in handles made for easy moving/stacking and holds a weight capacity of 400-pounds.
