The Marrs-Bar is a specialty training Olympic safety squat barbell outfitted with a built-in padded harness to reduce unnecessary strain on your upper body, shoulders, and joints. By distributing weight like a backpack, you will activate your glutes and hamstrings and increase your strength and power. With an ultra-comfortable polyurethane foam harness, you can squat more weight without discomfort in the neck and shoulders, common with traditional squat and power bars. The extended, wrapped handles and low bar, cambered design, along with the front handles, are positioned to reduce even more stress on your joints and increases the effectiveness of your barbell squats. The Marrs-Bar teaches various exercises, is an excellent rehab accessory, promotes proper form, and reduces the risk of injury.
